Deleting your data

Disconnect an account

• Meta: in Ad Sidekick, click Disconnect on the brand's Meta Ads Account card — the access token is deleted immediately. You can also remove the app in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations.
• Shopify: uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. The access token is deleted, and Shopify tells us to remove the store's data, which we do within 48 hours of that request.
• Google Drive: stop sharing the folder with us. We can no longer read it.

Delete everything

Email hello@rankify.com.au from the address on your account and ask for your data to be deleted. We confirm the request, then within 30 days delete your account, workspaces, brands, connections, synced Meta and Shopify data, creative files and everything generated from them. Ads already created in your Meta ad account stay there — they belong to your ad account and can be removed in Ads Manager.

What we keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, for the period it requires.
