Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Ad Sidekick. By creating an account or connecting a store or ad account, you agree to them.

The service

Ad Sidekick reports on your Meta advertising and Shopify sales and helps you review, name, upload, duplicate and test ad creative. Features may change as the product develops.

Your accounts and your ads

• You must have the right to connect each Meta ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, Shopify store and Drive folder you connect.
• Ads are created, duplicated, switched on or paused only when you (or someone in your workspace) asks, or when you turn on an automation that does so. You are responsible for your ads, their content and their spend, and for following Meta's Advertising Standards and Shopify's terms.
• AI-generated names, descriptions and copy are suggestions — review them before you publish.

Subscription and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance each month (or year) until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
• Advertising spend is charged by Meta directly to your ad account — it is never billed by us.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ad Sidekick to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to try to access other customers' data, or to overload or disrupt the service.

Your content

Your creative and data stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Ad Sidekickavailable and accurate, but it's provided “as is”: Meta and Shopify data can be delayed or incomplete, and we don't guarantee advertising results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
